Apple and Pear Salad

  • 1 apple, quartered (175g)
  • 1 pear, quartered (235g)
  • 1 celery stick, cut into pieces
  • 230 g chopped cabbage
  • 30 g onion
  • 25 g lemon juice
  • 25 g plain yogurt
  • 25 g Mayo
  • 30 g raisins/craisins
  • 25 g walnuts/pecans (optional)
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 2 pinches pepper
  • 4 sprigs parsley or cilantro

Apple and Pear Salad Directions

  1.  Place all ingredients into the mixing bowl, and chop 5 sec/ sp 4. Season to taste/salt and pepper. Garnish with additional cilantro or parsley sprigs.

Recipe notes

Feel free to add cranberries, pumpkin seeds, nuts etc. for added crunch.
