  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 Head Cauliflower
  • 20 Grams Olive oil
  • 1 knob ginger
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Tsp Ground Corriander
  • 1 Tsp Ground Tumeric
  • 1000 Grams Water
  • 1 Tbl Vegetable Stock Concentrate

Caulifower and Red Lentil Soup Directions

  1. Add onion , ginger and garlic, chop 3 seconds speed 7.
  2. Cook 2 mins/100 degree/ speed 2.
  3. Add carrot and cauliflower, chop 3 seconds speed 7.
  4. Add water, stock, red lentils, coriander and turmeric and cook 15 mins/100 degrees/ speed 2
  5. Puree 1 min/ speed 9
