Almond Milk

  • 250 g Almonds (soaked in water overnight with a pinch of salt)
  • 700 g water
  • 4 pitted dates (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Almond Milk Directions

  1. Place soaked almonds into the Thermomix basket and drain.
  2. Add all the ingredients to the Thermomix bowl and blend 2min/speed 9.
  3. Pour into a nut milk bag and squeeze all of almond milk into a jug.
  4. Chill milk before serving.

  • The addition of dates to this recipe is to sweeten the taste
  • Use this almond milk as a dairy alternative to your favourite smoothie
  • The total time for this recipe includes soaking almond overnight.
  • You can save the almond pulp to add to baking.
