Thai Chicken Sesame Bits

  • 350 g Chicken mince or breast
  • 30 g Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Tbls Fresh cilantro
  • 2 Tbls Thai sweet chilli
  • 1 Tbls Fresh ginger
  • 2 Tbls Sesame seeds

Thai Sesame Chicken Bites Directions

  1. If using chicken breast, cut in cubes and turbo 4/5 times to make mince.
  2. Add sweet chili sauce, coriander, ginger and salt. Mix 5 seconds speed 5 or until combined.
  3. Roll into balls and cover with sesame seeds.  Fry in oil in shallow fry pan until cooked. 
  4. Serve with sweet chili sauce.
