  • 500 grams Flour
  • 2 tsp yeast
  • 240 grams warm water
  • 1 tsp salt

Plain White Bread Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Add 240 grams of warm water.
  3. Add 1 tsp of yeast.
  4. Add 500 grams of flour.
  5. Knead 2 minutes interval speed 1.
  6. Remove from Thermomix.
  7. Wrap in thermomat or place in warm area dust with flour and cover with tea towel to let prove.
  8. Proving will take 15 minutes.
  9. Bake for 20 minutes.
  10. Tap on outside of crust, if it sounds hollow it is done.
