Mark's Tomato soup


Mark's Hot Tomato soup, the  flavours are very well combine and balance in this soup. It has something for every taste and easy to make, indulging vegans too. This soup is a ten for my foddie family and for Mark's family :)

  • 4 Roma Tomatoes cut in halves
  • 2 Carrots roughly cut
  • 5 Celery stalks roughly cut
  • 650 g Water or 750 for runny texture.
  • 1 tbsp. Vegatable stock Concentrate from the everyday cookbook.
  • 1/2 tsp. Black pepper grid it at the moment
  • 1/2 tsp. Basil dry or fresh
  • 80 Cream milk Optional

    1. Mark's  Tomato Soup 
    2. Method:
    4. 1-    1-Purify Tomatoes 30 sec/speed 10 (increasing gradually)
    5. 2-    2-Add one litre of vegetable stock, or water with 2 tbsp. of concentrate vegetable stock.
    6. 3-    3-Add ½ tsp. of black pepper and dry Basil.
    7. 4-   4- 10min /100 c/ speed 2 and serve.  Optional add the milk  5 sec /speed 4
    9. 5-    Serve with celery leaves.

    Recipe notes


    1-Serve with avocado and some drops of olive oil.

    2- Staying vegan, Instead of milk use cultured coconut for creamy flavour.
