Ingredients

For 10 Serving(s)

Wet Ingredients

  • 6 large Medjool dates
  • 2 large eggs
  • 70 g Coconut Oil
  • 2 large Bananas
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract or paste

Dry Ingredients

  • 160 g Flour
  • 5 g Baking Powder
  • 30 g Raw cacao powder or Cocoa powder

Chocolate Banana muffins - Dairy and Sugar free Directions

  1. Turn oven to 325 F.
  2. Place wet ingredients into the TM bowl.  Mix/chop 10 seconds on speed 5.
  3. Scrape sides of bowl.
  4. Add dry ingredients.  Combine for 5 seconds on speed 4 reverse.
  5. If the mixture isn't fully combined, scrape sides and mix further 2 seconds speed 4 reverse.
  6. Cook in muffin try, loaf tin or cake tin.  Muffins will take approx 12 minutes.  Cook until skewer comes out clean.
