These are super delicious moist muffins. Yummy served warm with chocolate cashew cream or berries.
** VARIATIONS **
I have made these with a little Quinoa flour too. Replace the 160G Flour with - 60G Qunioa flour and 100g Flour (white, wholemeal etc). This boosts the protein content, but is disguised by the chocolate and fruit!!
