Super easy pancakes


This is a super easy pancake (or mini pancakes / pikelets) recipe for Breakfast or for kids lunch boxes.  Can freeze them too!

For 4 Person(s)

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 380 g Milk
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract or paste

Dry Ingredients

  • 300 g Flour
  • 10 g Baking Powder
  • 60 g Sugar

Super easy pancakes Directions

  1. Place all the wet ingredients in the TM bowl.
  2. Mix 3 seconds on speed 4 reverse.
  3. Add dry ingredients.
  4. Mix 5 seconds on speed 4 reverse.
  5. Cook in batches in a frying pan on a medium heat until golden brown and flip!  

Recipe notes

I make this recipe into mini pancakes.  They are perfect in school lunch boxes and frozen in the freezer for later use!  

This is a large recipe, feel free to halve all quantities if desired.
