Banana and Cinnamon pancakes


A variation to the standard pancake recipe.

Banana and Cinnamon pancakes

For 4 Person(s)

Wet ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 190 g Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract or paste
  • 1 large Banana

Dry ingredients

  • 160 g Flour
  • 5 g Baking Powder
  • 20 g Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Banana and Cinnamon pancakes Directions

  1. Add wet ingredients to TM bowl.
  2. Mix speed 4 for 5 seconds.
  3. Add dry ingredients.
  4. Mix 5 seconds speed 4 on reverse.
  5. Cook in frying pan on a medium heat until golden brown and flip.  
  6. Serve hot!
