Chocolate Orange Custard

Chocolate Orange Custard

  • 100 g 70-85% Dark Chocolate
  • 1 Orange
  • 1000 g Milk
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 60 g Corn Starch
  • 4 eggs

Chocolate Orange Custard Directions

  1. Remove the zest of the orange.  Ensuring minimal pith involved.
  2. Place zest and chocolate in TM bowl.  Insert MC.
  3. Chop on speed 8 for 10 seconds. You may need to scrape sides and mix for further 5 seconds to ensure all zest is sufficiently chopped.
  4. Add all other ingredients.  Insert MC.
  5. Cook for 9 minutes, speed 2, 80 Degrees.
