Healthy Oatmeal Cookies

A great snack to make ahead of time and just put in freezer.  When in a rush, just pop them in the oven for a few minutes to warm it up then you have a healthy snack or even breakfast on the run!

Ingredients

Cookie Dough

  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 350 g Oatmeal
  • 100 g Chocolate Chip
  • 50 g Avocado Oil

Healthy Oatmeal Cookies Directions

  1. 1.  Preheat oven at 350 Degrees F.  Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2.  Place Oatmeal in TM Bowl.  Set 20 sec/speed 6 (can blend longer or shorter depending on the personal preference for texture and the type of Oatmeal used).
  3. 3.  Place bananas, egg, baking powder, avocado oil in TM Bowl.  Mix by setting 15 secs/Speed 6.
  4. 4.  Add chocolate chip cookies.  Set 15 sec/reverse/Speed 3.
  5. 5.  Use spoon to shape and scoop onto cookie sheet.
  6. 6.  Put in oven and bake for 15 minutes.

Recipe notes

*Avocado oil can be substituted with your own preferred oil.
