*Prep and cook time does not include marinating time!
**cooking time may vary depending on how you like your eggs:
11 minutes for runny (egg yold liquid, egg white firm)
12 minutes for soft (egg yolk soft)
13 minutes for hard (egg yolk firm)
Using eggs at room temperature, smaller eggs or hot water will shorten cooking time. Do note these differences when setting the time.
***Marinating sauce can also be adjusted to personal taste. Can other spices like anise to give it added flavour.
*Can be eaten as is. Or can cut open and put on top of hot steaming Ramen!
