Dressing

  • 1/2 Onioin
  • 1/2 Carrot
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 Umeboshi plums
  • 160 grams Grapeseed or rice bran oil
  • 60 grams Rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon Tahini
  • 50 grams Tamari
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Japanese Salad Dressing Directions

     

  1. 1. Add onion, garlic and carrot. Chop 5 seconds speed 6.Cook 3 mins, 100 degrees, speed 2.
  2. 2. Add umeboshi, mix 5 seconds speed 5.
  3. 3. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix 20 seconds, speed 2 until combined.  Pour into a glass jar and serve on salad on tofu when cold.
