Salmon spread

  • 1 70 g onion, cut in half
  • 1 150 - 200 g smoked salmon
  • 1 200 g cream cheese
  • 1 30 g creme fraiche
  • 1 onion rings for decoration
  • 1 black olives for decoration

Salmon spread Directions

  1. 1. onion in mixing bowl at 3 sec/ speed 5
  2. 2. add salmon at 3 sec/ speed 4
  3. 3. add cream cheese and creme fraiche, place spatula in mixing bowl and mix at 5 sec/ speed 5
  4. 4. put teaspoon of mix on cracker, place onion rings and black olives on top and serve

Recipe notes

variation: instead of salmon use 200 g shrimps
