Ingredients

Herbal butter

  • 3 stems parsley, leaves only
  • 2 stems dill, leaves only
  • 3 leaves sage
  • 1 twig rosemary
  • 1 20 g cress
  • 1 1/2 - 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 10 stems chives, cut
  • 1 250 g butter, soft and cut in pieces

Herbal butter Directions

  1. 1. add parsley, dill, sage, rosemary, cress, salt, pepper and chives into mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/ speed 10
  2. 2. add butter, 8 sec/ speed 4, blend and serve 

Recipe notes

Variation: if you chop 1-2 cloves of garlic with the herbs, you have a garlic-herbal butter
