  • 170 grams butter
  • 60 grams custard powder
  • 60 grams icing sugar
  • 170 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Custard Creams Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients into the Thermomix bowl and mix together on speed 4 for 1 minute. Roll mixture into balls and place on a biscuit tray evenly spaced, press down with the back of a fork and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees fahrenheit or until lightly browned. Cool and enjoy :)
