Lemon tahini dressing


This yummy dressing is great tossed through any type of salad! Think noodles, quinoa, pasta, lentils.. Is also great warm served over pasta, baked potatoes, rice or veggies!

  • 100 grams tahini
  • 120 grams lemon juice
  • 15 grams nutritional yeast
  • 20 grams extra virgin olive oil
  • 50 grams water
  • 5 grams agave/maple syrup
  • 1 clove garilc
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Lemon tahini dressing Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into mixing bowl
  2. Blend for 30sec/sp9
  3. Scrape down sides of the bowl. Taste for seasonings. Add more water if you prefer a thinner consistency. Dressing will have splashed up onto lid, be sure to scrape also.
  4. Blend for 20sec/sp9
  5. Store in jar/airtight container in the fridge.

Recipe notes

This dressing as pronounced lemon flavour - use 100g lemon juice for less intense flavour and add more water.

Taste after the first blend to ensure the dressing is seasoned to your liking, adding salt/pepper if necessary
