This dairy-free, refined sugar-free "Nice Cream" will change the way you look at bananas! It's quick, easy and is a staple in any kitchen, vegan or otherwise!

Preparation time


For 2 Serving(s)

Raspberry nice cream (pictured top layer)

  • 220 grams frozen bananas (approximately 2, broken into pieces)
  • 1 cup frozen fruit of choice (raspberry pictured)

Peanut butter chocolate (Pictured bottom)

  • 220 grams frozen bananas (approximately 2, broken into pieces
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

Banana nice cream and friends Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in mixing bowl
  2. Blend on speed 9/for 30 seconds. The mixture will become smooth and creamy towards the last few seconds of mixing. It should not need scraping, but keep spatula handy to scrape down the bowl if needed.
  3. Serve immediately.

The flavour possibilities are endless here!

For a rich indulgent treat, omit the cup of fruit, add 1 T peanut/almond butter and 1 T cocoa powder. (Pictured bottom layer)

Or just use banana for a plain soft serve like treat

Other flavour options include, peaches, mangos, coconut, matcha, avocado & chocolate..whatever you like!
