  • 1 250g Mushrooms
  • 1 284g Cream cheese
  • 1 Cube Chicken Stock cube
  • 4 Slices Jalapeño slices

Mexican Dip Directions

Place 1 packet cream cheese (250g), one tin mushrooms (284g), one chicken stock cube or chicken homemade stock paste equivalent, and several pieces of pickled jalapeño chillies (depending on how spicy you like it) into the bowl, mix for 1 minute on speed 10, scrape down sides of the thermomix bowl and mix again for 10 seconds at speed 10, serve with homemade crackers or store bought, or vegetable pieces for a healthier choice. Enjoy!
